RE:   CVF applauds paper trail requirement

Secretary of State Kevin Shelley announced today his decision to require computerized voting equipment used in the state of California to be equipped with a voter verified paper trail by July 2006.

The California Voter Foundation applauds this decision and the paper trail requirement; our press release is below.
